Built in 1558, Tsu Castle played a pivotal role during Japan’s Warring States period when legendary warlord Oda Nobunaga seized it to fortify his clan's regional grip. Today, the castle grounds have been transformed into a serene public park framed by historic stone ramparts, tranquil moats, and a reconstructed turret.
