Nestled at the lush base of Mount Yashima, Shikoku Mura is an open-air architectural museum celebrating the regional heritage of Shikoku. The hillside park features over twenty carefully preserved structures dating from the Edo through Taisho periods, including traditional farmhouses, workshops, and four designated Important Cultural Properties. Strolling through the leafy grounds offers a peaceful journey back in time through centuries of rural Japanese craft and daily life.
