Spanning nearly nine tranquil acres, the grounds feature nine interconnected themed gardens—ranging from a lord's residence with cascading waterfalls and koi ponds to serene tea, pine, and bamboo gardens. Cleverly designed so that every turn reveals a completely fresh perspective, it provides an exquisite retreat right next to Japan's premier castle. Visitors can also take part in a formal tea ceremony or admire seasonal blooms, from spring cherry blossoms to vibrant autumn foliage.
