Designed by acclaimed architect Sou Fujimoto, this unique installation at Itabu Station playfully bills itself as the world's largest public toilet stall. Visitors step through a massive cedar-log perimeter into a lush 200-square-meter garden blooming with wildflowers, clover, and a springtime cherry blossom tree. At the garden's center sits a fully transparent glass cubicle equipped with a curtain for privacy, allowing daring users to commune with nature while answering the call. It serves as both a poetic architectural statement and a delightfully quirky celebration of Japan's innovative restroom culture.
